Welcome to Sunny Side Detailing. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your appointment.

1. Services Offered

Sunny Side Detailing provides mobile car detailing services, including interior and exterior detailing packages. Services are performed on-site at the location provided by the customer.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments must be booked in advance through direct message, online form, or by phone.
Service locations must be accessible and safe for work.
Access to a water spigot and electrical outlet is preferred, though water and power can be provided upon request.
If the service location is unsuitable, we may reschedule or cancel the appointment.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed based on package selection and may vary based on vehicle size or condition.
Final pricing will be confirmed before the service begins.
Payment is due upon completion of service and can be made via cash, card, or approved mobile payment apps (e.g., Venmo, Cash App).

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
In the event of bad weather or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Please remove personal belongings from your vehicle prior to the appointment.
We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal items left in the vehicle.
If child seats are left in the vehicle, they will not be removed or cleaned unless otherwise discussed.

6. Liability

Sunny Side Detailing takes great care with each vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, poor paint conditions, or mechanical/electrical issues.
We use professional, vehicle-safe products and methods, but are not responsible for issues caused by aftermarket modifications or sensitive materials.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed service so we can address your concern.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
